Mô tả công việc
1. Learning Center Operations
• Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance of the Learning Center.
• Manage room bookings, facility usage, and office supplies.
• Conduct regular checks; coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Handle monthly expenses, reporting, and vendor contracts.
• Supervise housekeeping and act as receptionist to welcome guests and support trainees.
2. Training Support
• Support full-cycle training logistics (before, during, and after sessions).
• Coordinate with affiliates and vendors; handle training communications.
• Maintain and update training data on LMS.
• Manage training agreements, external applications, and budget tracking.
• Process reimbursements and assist in trainer/vendor coordination.
• Prepare reports and support other HR development activities as assigned.
And other task as resign.
Yêu cầu
• Proficiency in MS Office and general office tools.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Good in English
