Position Overview:
As
HR Manager, you play a pivotal role in shaping how people and business grow together. This is not a role of maintaining processes - it's about building them. You will design practical systems that scale, strengthen our ability to attract and retain talent, and guide a capable HR team toward international standards.
With direct access to leadership, support to test new ideas, and the trust to make decisions, you'll have both the responsibility and the runway to turn your expertise into lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Oversee recruitment for technical and sales roles critical to revenue.
• Design sourcing strategies beyond job boards: hunting, technical communities, referrals, and university partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role profiles and interview quality.
• Diagnose and resolve recruitment blockers (delays, unclear requirements, offer rejections).
• Build recruitment metrics to reduce time-to-fill for critical roles
2. Strategic HR Leadership
• Partner with CEO and leadership team to align HR strategy with business goals
• Design and implement HR policies that balance compliance with exceptional employee experience
• Build business cases for talent investments and HR technology
• Establish HRBP model to support key business units (Devices, Services, General)
3. People Development & Culture
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and team development
• Create career path frameworks for employees
• Launch learning initiatives (technical training, leadership development, cross-functional projects)
• Drive engagement initiatives that move retention metrics
4. HR Operations & Compliance
• Oversee compensation & benefits strategy, payroll processing, and annual salary reviews
• Ensure labor law compliance, manage insurance and social benefits
• Handle employee relations issues with fairness and discretion
• Payroll and benefits administration handled by HR team member
