I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Job Title:
HR Manager (English Mandatory)
Working Location: LK10-22, Trần Quý Kiên, phường Bình Trưng Tây, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
Working Time: Monday to Friday ([protected info], Lunch break 1 hour)
Coordination Relationships: Board of Directors, all internal departments, external partners, recruitment agencies, and government authorities
Employment Type: Full-time
II. ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and execution-driven HR Manager to lead all human resource functions for Jia Jia International Trading Company across multiple business lines, including trading, distribution, and operational/workshop-based services.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in hiring across all organizational levels, from ground operations (technicians, installers, operational staff) to mid-management and C-suite leadership roles.
This role requires strong English communication skills (mandatory) and Chinese language proficiency as an advantage but not necessary to support coordination with international stakeholders and partners.
III. SPECIFIC TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company growth across multiple business units.
Build scalable organizational structures for different business lines.
Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and HR policy development.
Implement performance management frameworks (KPIs/OKRs).
2. High-Volume & Executive Recruitment (Trọng tâm cốt lõi)
Drive and optimize full-cycle recruitment strategies to consistently attract and secure high-quality talent pools across all levels.
Lead recruitment execution for diverse workforce segments:
Ground operations (technicians, installers, warehouse/workshop staff).
Sales, marketing, and administrative roles.
Middle management and business unit leaders.
C-suite and executive hiring.
Design and innovate recruitment tactics tailored for both blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
Proactively build, nurture, and leverage strong talent pipelines through advanced job platforms, headhunter agencies, and industry networks to ensure zero gaps in business operations.
Partner closely with leadership to define immediate hiring needs and ensure timely, high-quality recruitment that directly supports business growth targets.
3. Dynamic HR Operations & Workflow Optimization (Cập nhật theo đà tăng trưởng)
Manage and streamline HR operations across diverse business verticals (trading, distribution, services).
Continuously audit, review, and redefine Scope of Work (SOW) across departments to ensure clear accountability and high operational efficiency during the scaling phase.
Customize and adapt HR practices to suit both operational (frontline) and corporate functions.
Ensure consistency in core HR policies while maintaining the flexibility needed to adapt to different business needs.
4. Performance Management & Organizational Efficiency
Implement and refine performance evaluation systems across all departments.
Drive KPI tracking, performance improvement plans, and foster a culture of accountability.
Identify operational bottlenecks through performance data and collaborate with department heads to optimize team productivity.
Develop leadership pipelines and succession planning for key roles.
5. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Design competitive compensation structures across different job categories.
Develop incentive schemes aligned with operational and sales performance.
Oversee payroll, insurance, and statutory benefits.
6. Legal Compliance & HR Governance
Ensure full compliance with Vietnam labor laws and regulations.
Manage labor contracts, HR documentation, and employee records.
Handle compliance for both local and foreign employees.
Liaise with relevant government authorities when required.
7. Employee Relations & Culture Building
Build a high-performance, disciplined, and growth-oriented organizational culture.
Manage employee engagement, retention, and conflict resolution.
Ensure tight alignment and smooth communication between operational teams and management.
8. International Coordination
Support communication with international partners and stakeholders.
Assist in coordination when required.
Facilitate cross-cultural collaboration across teams.
Requirement
Age: Under 40 years old (flexible based on experience)
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years in Human Resources
Proven experience in full-spectrum recruitment (operations to C-suite level)
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR best practices
Experience managing HR across multiple business functions or industries
Strong ability to recruit both blue-collar and white-collar workforce
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-business environment
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Fluent English (mandatory)
Chinese (Mandarin) not necessary but a strong advantage
V. TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with HRIS, recruitment platforms, and payroll systems
Familiarity with performance management tools and HR analytics
Strong reporting and documentation skills
