• Determine whether products meet quality standards.
• Create detailed checklists for specific projects.

• Able to complete testing and file results with minimal oversight.
• Solid knowledge of PCs and their various components.
• Able to troubleshoot across multiple platforms.
• Experienced test plan creator.
• Troubleshoot issues of Windows/Mac/Phone (Install, repair..).
Responsible for:
• Complete QA testing for SW and FW.
• Compiling reports on findings and testing data gathered.
• Record testing data and analyze results, and file all issues and concerns in bug tracking SW.
• Develop Product test plans.
• Providing recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders.

• Experience about Web testing and Qase, Jira.
