Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support BUs: (80%)
Troubleshoot IT issues (hardware, application, network, etc.) and solve problems quickly to ensure our business operations run smoothly.
Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware.
Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently.
Coordinate with Infra/App to resolve major incidents.
Audit and maintain inventory of hardware at sites.
Provide onsite support for IT issues at the stores, including computers, networks, phones, etc.
Support the roll-out of new stores and new applications.
Monitor the internet, core services, and system jobs.
Others: (20%)
Involved in building a knowledge base for all operation support and keeping it up to date.
Research modern technology to support operations.
Support other tasks assigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Experiences:
Have at least 1 year's working experience in a similar role.
Computer skills: Network troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting, familiarity with ticket management systems such as Jira and SDP, and strong communication skills.
Requirement:
Belief that outstanding customer service is the key to success.
Self-motivation
Develop effective working relationships.
Working Time: able to work on shifts (from 7 am to 4:30 pm, 8:30 am to 6 pm, 12:30 pm to 10 pm).
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computers, or a related field.
MCSA, CCNA.
English, plus.
