1. Internal Communications
Support the implementation of internal communication activities according to plans and directions from the
HR Manager.
Coordinate the execution of change management communication campaigns, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely information delivery to enhance awareness and mitigate employee concerns.
Draft, edit, and manage content for internal communication channels (email, TV, Recognition Corner, notice board, etc.).
Ensure timely and complete updates of SGVN-related news across internal communication platforms and social media.
Collaborate with HRBPs to implement internal communication activities in line with guidelines and plans.
Support the dissemination of communication initiatives from Regional and Global levels to employees.
2. Employer Branding
Assist the HR Manager in developing and executing the employer branding strategy to enhance Saint-Gobain Vietnam's reputation in the job market.
Implement communication initiatives to promote the employer brand value proposition through multi-channel campaigns and creative content.
3. Digital Communication
Plan, edit, and write content for various internal communication channels such as intranet, email, and other platforms.
Support the development of digital content to enhance employee engagement and corporate image promotion.
Monitor and update digital communication trends to apply them to internal and employer branding activities.
Coordinate and support the organization of recruitment events (Career Fairs, Job Fairs, etc.) and activities targeting students and young talents.
Assist in managing employer branding content across internal and external communication platforms.
