Mô tả công việc
Perform financial analysis including projections and detailed financial modeling and valuation
Prepare Teaser and Information Memorandum
Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions
Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the varous business sectors of the economy
Monitor fundamental economic, industrial and corporate developments through the analysis of information obtained form financial publications and services, investment banking firms, gorverment agencies, trade publications, comnay sources, and presonal interviews.
To liase with investors on relevant matters, coordinate with due diligence with third parties, work with legal firms, accounting firms and various technical consultants as well as maintain opertaional monitoring on investees.
Yêu cầu
Candidate must possess at least a Bacherlors Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Full Time position (s) are available after successful probation.
Candidates from RMIT and those who with Master Degree Abroad are preferable
