Assist in responding to technical support requests via phone, chat, or email.
Shadow senior IT staff to learn diagnosis and resolution of hardware/software issues.
Support users by guiding them through basic troubleshooting steps.
Help categorize and process tickets in the Support Service system.
Participate in monitoring and documenting incidents and resolutions.
Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and mailboxes under supervision.
Learn to apply basic security measures (OS updates, antivirus installation, log monitoring).
Support training sessions for employees on IT tools and systems.
Report progress and challenges to the direct supervisor
Yêu cầu
Currently pursuing a University/College degree in Information Technology or related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
Commit to 6 months internship with full-time work
Skills & Knowledge (Preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
Interest in virtualization (VMWare), cloud platforms (Google/AWS/Azure), or security fundamentals.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (B1 level or higher preferred).
Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
