Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Support:
Provide daily support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
Manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and deleting users, ensuring correct access levels and permissions.
Assist users with email setup and troubleshooting within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Network Monitoring:
Monitor and maintain the company's network, ensuring stable connectivity for all employees.
Troubleshoot network-related issues, working with external vendors if necessary.
User Account Management:
Create, delete, and modify user accounts as per requests and ensure proper access control across the organization.
Manage email distribution lists, groups, and permissions to align with company policies.
General
IT Support:
Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, including laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary IT tools and training.
Provide basic training to employees on IT tools and best practices.
Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all IT-related procedures, including user guides and troubleshooting steps.
Document and report recurring issues to identify and implement long-term solutions.
