I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Troubleshooting:
Responding to and resolving IT-related issues reported by employees via email, chat, or in-person. This may include hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and system errors.
2. Technical Assistance:
Assisting employees with setting up and configuring computers, printers, phones, and other IT equipment. Providing guidance on software installation, updates, and usage.
3. User Support:
Providing ongoing support and training to employees on IT systems, tools, and applications.
4. Collaboration:
Collaborating with IT team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on IT support initiatives.
5. Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of support requests, solutions provided, and troubleshooting procedures. Updating internal knowledge base articles and documentation for future reference.

II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts.
2. Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and efficiently.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional support experiences.
Familiarity with h

2-3 years of experience in IT helpdesk field.
