I. JOB DECRIPTIONS
Provide first-level support to end users (hardware/software/network)
Install and configure IT devices (PCs, printers, Wi-Fi routers)
Maintain IT asset records (inventory updates, handover tracking)
Assist in onboarding/offboarding of employees (IT setup)
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Skills
Operating Systems:
Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux (installation, troubleshooting, user account setup).
Hardware Knowledge:
Understanding of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral device setup.
Networking Fundamentals:
Familiarity with LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS.
Ability to troubleshoot fundamental connectivity issues.
Software Support:
Installing and configuring applications (MS Office, browsers, antivirus).
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Teams.
Ticketing Systems (optional but a plus):
Experience with helpdesk tools such as Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk, GLPI, etc.
Basic Scripting (bonus):
Experience with PowerShell, batch scripts, or basic automation is a plus.
3. Experience
Have experience in IT Helpdesk and support.
