Lead day-to-day IT operations and internal technical support for employees across the company.
Oversee IT Helpdesk activities and ensure timely resolution of support requests through well-defined SLAs.
Collaborate with HR and related stakeholders to support onboarding/offboarding processes, including account provisioning, device setup, access control, and IT asset allocation.
Ensure employees are equipped with secure and efficient workplace technology throughout their employment lifecycle.

Maintain and optimize office IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi systems, VPNs, firewalls, and conference room A/V equipment.
Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure stable and reliable IT operations.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of internal IT systems and network services.
