We're looking for a sharp, organised junior assistant to support executive operations, AI-assisted research, and project execution at a fast-moving AI-driven organisation.
This is a rare opportunity for a recent graduate or ambitious early-career professional to learn how a modern AI operation works from the inside while supporting real projects in education, healthcare, wellness, research, and technology.
Training will be provided. What matters most is reliability, clear English, strong judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through.
What you'll do
Help manage priorities, reminders, follow-ups, task tracking, and project status
Support calendar coordination, meeting preparation, notes, and action items
Organise documents, files, research, project information, and operating materials
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity for research, writing, summaries, and workflow support
Research and verify information, then turn it into clear English notes or briefs
Help prepare project materials, demos, reports, checklists, and launch documents
Support education, healthcare, wellness, and AI-related initiatives as they develop
Work in-office with the founder to help move projects from planning into execution
Handle confidential information with discretion

What we're looking for
Based in Ho Chi Minh City and able to work in-office
Recent graduate or junior professional
Strong written and spoken English; native fluency is not required
Comfortable using AI tools for research, writing, and productivity
Organised, detail-oriented, dependable, and resourceful
Able to follow instructions carefully and ask good questions when something is unclear
Good basic computer skills, including documents, spreadsheets, calendars, and file management
Willing to learn quickly and work across different projects
Preferred qualifications
Interest in education, healthcare, wellness, health technology, or AI
Interest in business research, project management, operations, or startups
Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, or similar tools
Basic Python, automation, or technical curiosity is a plus but not required
