• Coordinate with platforms/enablers & internal cross-functional teams to ensure key levers for growth are well planned & deployed for customers.
• Define the business plan & promotional campaign plans for the brand/account, in terms of assortment growth, budget management, and brand partnerships.
• Participate in ideation for new launches/product ideas/combos, etc., and fully own their execution.
• Responsible for revenue, business growth, and also costs/budget management.
• Responsible for overall commercial, operational, and other related business aspects.
• Propose strategies for every single platform/enabler & collaborate with them to deliver aligned targets and ensure sustainable growth for each one of them.
• Define the business plan, promotion & campaign plans for the assigned account(s), in terms of assortment growth, budget management, and brand partnerships.
• Brainstorm new product launches/re-launches/shopper promos/combos, etc., and fully own their execution.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales across platforms and work towards improving the online business.
• Connect with the O2O Team, Frontline Marketing team for collaborative campaigns, optimized offsite marketing & social activities.
• Work closely with the enabler(s)/platform(s) to deliver joint-forecast planning & execution, and collaborate closely with the Supply Chain to ensure joint forecasts are well captured & delivered.
• Manage onsite product placement and hierarchy for availability & share of search maximization as well as conversion optimization.
• Manage end-to-end reporting of e-Commerce channels: Sales, Stock on Hand, sell-through, conversion rate & traffic, campaign reporting, etc.
• Manage monthly reconciliation & payment to platforms/enablers and ensure the budget plan is carefully followed.
• Acquire: Activate "Buy Now" within digital shopper programming, media, and merchandising integration.
• Connect: Ensure product content is compliant with basic and enhanced standards, including establishing A+ content for our products on e-retailers and basic/enhanced content on targeted sites.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of each program.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's Degree in e-Commerce, marketing, business, sales, or related fields.
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in Modern Trade (preferably e-Commerce, working in FMCG manufacturers).
• Ability to influence and interact with various stakeholders.
• Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick-turn business model.
• Experience with
digital marketing and online sales.
• Updated with current trends.
