Your Roles:
• Building Company image / Product image/differentiation
• Assure consistent performance growth and achievement of performance goals and forecasting.
• Implementation Key Account Plans successfully.
• Build up good relationship with key stakeholders internally and externally, creating and maintaining external relationship and give/get support to/from Sr.DM, teammates, and other cross function departments.
• Developing business on Fertility Field: Look for new opportunity; implement MKT strategies; increase the value of company products in ART via value added programs. Monitoring budget allocated in assigned accounts. Other tasks assigned by DM.
• Enlisting in assigned territories:
- Specializing for taking care all product list in Hospitals.
- Manage & keep updated of related/supported information for hospital list.
- Follow up attentively result.
Yêu cầu
Who Are You:
• University of Pharmacy or Medicine.
• At Least 3_year working experience in top 10 MNCs with Field Force position.
• At least 3_year experience from Sr. MR, Key
Account Executive; Product Specialist, Product Executive above.
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Good performance oriented.
• Strong analytical strategic thinking
• Good presentation skill, Good business planning skill
• Creative/ Active/ Passionate and Teamwork.
• Good Time management/ Working independently
• Good English/ Good computer skills
• Good market access skills.
