Emers Vietnam is established since 2019, and initially in charge of the NIKE GOLF products-line in Vietnam. From 2020, Emers Vietnam Co. Ltd. has become the official exclusive distributor of Nike Sports & Golf in Vietnam and many ASEAN countries.
The business at Emers Vietnam continue to grow and in 2022, we acquired and launched several new brands in Golf such as Waac, G/Fore with a variety of retail stores in HCMC. In 2023, we have just launched a running shoe line - ON Running, a Switzerland brand running shoes and apparel.
We are moving fast and excited about the possibilities and growth in the Wholesales / Retail business for Sport fashion.
We are looking for Talents who are strong about wholesales in Vietnam market. You will work with the Business Development Manager/ Brand Manager to develop sales strategies and manage over-execution to ensure delivery of customer objectives, brand strategy and channel strategy.
- Drive the annual growth of sales revenue and profitability.
- Search and identify new business opportunities and collaboration according to each territory's business strategy.
- Negotiate the Distribution contract conditions, locations, buying plan, etc with partners.
- Advise seasonal campaigns to partners and new product launches.
- Provide an update on the happenings in the marketplace by category.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve services and meet customer requirements.
- Other tasks under the assignment of BD Manager.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- The candidate be requires at least 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Experience related to Wholesale/ Retail in the field of Fashion/ Sport is a plus.
- Good communication skills both written and oral in English.
- Strong at brand management, consumer understanding and creativity.
- The ability to be proactive and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is an advantage.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- The candidate be requires at least 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Experience related to Wholesale/ Retail in the field of Fashion/ Sport is a plus.
