What are your tasks?
• You successfully acquire and maintain long term relationships with customers from the Various industry in Vietnam that are using plastic profiles.
• You are the main point of contact. You take care of comprehensive customer support and ensure a smooth collaboration with internal departments.
• You consult customers technically and if necessary, initiate product development projects with RnD based in Germany and China.
• You prepare and negotiate agreements and contracts.
• You regularly attend fairs in Southeast Asia and build up a network with direct customers as well as distributors.
• In close collaboration with German headquarters you develop a strategic customer roadmap and grow the business. The mission: To bring OKE to a success story in Southeast Asia.
Yêu cầu
• Professional experience in sales of plastic products / profiles in various industry's - regardless of the role - with a relevant network in such industry.
• Passion for sales, key account management and customer service with strong exposure to technical products and a proven sales track record.
• Strong networking and negotiating skills in a global environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days/week (mainly in northern Vietnam, seldom abroad).
• Native level of Vietnamese and a strong command in English; Chinese is a plus, because of potential Chinese customers using our existing products.
• A highly customer-centric working style paired with self-starting, pragmatic attitude, and a great desire to add value to our organisation.
