1. Plan and Execute Marcom Campaigns
Develop and implement integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans across multiple channels (Online & Offline), ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
2. Manage KOL/KOC Strategy
Manage exclusive KOL groups and establish selection criteria, identify suitable KOL/KOC networks, and build long-term relationships aligned with target customer personas.
Develop pricing structures and KPI systems for KOLs/KOCs as the basis for selecting appropriate collaborators for campaigns.
Manage the end-to-end KOL collaboration process, from ideation (briefing), content approval (scripts), execution, and final review, while coordinating with the Marketing team before publishing content on social media platforms.
3. Content Management & Creativity
Work closely with the internal Content and Creative teams to ensure the quality of KOL scripts and content direction. Guide suitable content strategies for different channels/KOLs to create high-quality videos and enhance customer trust and brand affinity.
4. Budget Management & Relationship Care
Plan annual/quarterly/monthly budgets for Marcom and KOL activities; monitor actual expenses against forecasts. Balance KOL/KOC tiers to ensure reach KPIs and budget allocation KPIs are achieved.
For exclusive KOLs: Continuously understand each KOL's mindset and development stage. Support their channel content direction and pay attention to important occasions such as birthdays, holidays, and festivals to maintain strong relationships.
For campaigns: Be responsible for delivering promotional gifts and products on schedule so KOLs can produce videos on time.
5. Other Assigned Duties
Perform other tasks assigned by direct management and the company.

Experience: Requires 1-3 years of experience in a similar position at Agencies, Advertising Companies, or Brand-side companies.
Network: Possesses a diverse KOL/KOC network database across multiple industries (Lifestyle, Beauty, Tech, Food, etc.).
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, crisis management abilities, and a keen sensitivity to social media trends.
Strong foundational knowledge of marketing and digital advertising/social media networks
Strategic and logical thinking with a problem-solving mindset
Project management and multitasking skills
