Kỹ Sư Hoạch Định Chất Lượng Sản Phẩm Mới (Aqp)

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Transfer, Localization, Supplier Qualification and major process changes. Ensure flawless launch, customer satisfaction, qualification compliance, and sustainable quality performance throughout the product lifecycle. Support cross-functional teams to proactively mitigate risks, reduce COPQ, and achieve Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. APQP and Project Quality Management: Lead APQP activities for NPI, transfer, localization and major engineering change projects. Develop and maintain qualification plan, control plan, inspection standard, quality standard, safe launch plan. Participate in Design Review and Risk Review activities.
2. Qualification and Validation: Develop product and process qualification plans. Coordinate and approve FAI, Process Validation, Material Qualification, Tooling and Fixture Qualification.
3. PPAP and Customer Requirements: Coordinate customer PPAP submissions. Review customer specifications, drawings and quality requirements. Manage Product Change Notification (PCN) implementation.
4. Risk Management: Facilitate PFMEA reviews and risk assessments. Drive mitigation actions for identified risks. Ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future projects.
5. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis using 8D and other quality tools. Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Reduce defects, scrap, sorting costs, and quality-related losses.
6. Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Sales, Project Management, and Customers.
7. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
a. 6S & KAIZEN
b. Environmental Health Safety
c. RBA & Social Responsibility
d. Protection of company assets
8. Perform other related duties as assigned by manager.
