Mô tả công việc
Identify defects and non-conformities during the Vehicle Assembly and Subline process.
Document findings using appropriate tools and systems.
Report issues to relevant supervisors and quality engineers.
Conduct regular in-process inspections and testing of electric vehicle components and assemblies and Sub Assemblies.
Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and specifications.
Record and report inspection results accurately and promptly.
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of quality reports and metrics.
Use statistical tools to interpret data and suggest corrective actions.
Verify that all processes comply with internal and external quality standards.
Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Participate in audits and inspections conducted by internal and external parties.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process failure modes based on inspection findings.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
Support the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Automotive/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Field.
1-2 years in an automotive manufacturing background required with experience in process improvement required.
Excellent analytical abilities, technical writing ability and comprehensive understanding of quality tools.
Basic Communication in English.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on and data driven, be able to adopt to the dynamic working environment, creative mindset in problem solving.
