Mô tả công việc
• Supervise and organize staffs' works and productivity, shift working and overtime properly according to the work demand.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for issues occurred during operations to ensure the smooth goods flow.
• Ensure all the packages are perfect condition for DWS (Dimension Weight Scanning) and Auto-sorting system.
• Manage communication with other departments (Hubs, Route, CS, AS, Security) regarding flawed shipments, incorrect information, loss and other related issues.
• Ensure the working place clean &neat as 5S standards.
• Report daily reprocessed shipment numbers and performance to ensure drivers and merchants follow PEN (Perfect Shipment Entering Network) guidelines.
• Produce and track the internal performance reporting in order that quality and trends can be monitored and assessed.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the line managers.

Yêu cầu
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Warehouse or equivalent.
• Good understanding of B2C end-to-end processes is preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Supervision experience and management skill with a team of around 10 + people is preferred.
• Able to use English in daily tasks, especially reading and writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-started mentality, energetic, driven, proactive and hard working. Can-do mentality.
• Shift working is required. Be flexible working in night shifts
