I. About Campaign System & Scan It

The Campaign system is designed to streamline reward distribution for consumers, agents, and employees through interactive activities such as games, SMS-based rewards, and invoice scanning. It enables businesses to quickly set up and launch campaigns, reducing both time and operational costs.

A key component of the system, Scan It, leverages advanced IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) technology to extract data from purchase invoices. This allows brands to execute promotions, reward consumers efficiently, and foster post-purchase engagement. By automating data collection, Scan It ensures accurate purchase tracking, minimizes manual entry errors, and eliminates the need for physical gift stockpiling. It also optimizes costs associated with loyalty programs and promotions, such as staffing and logistical expenses. Ultimately, Scan It empowers B2B clients/brandsto enhance consumer experiences while improving operational efficiency.

II. What you need to do

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Owner to drive the development of our Campaign System & AI-driven Scan It solution. This role will lead a team of product owners & business analysts and collaborate very closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative, AI-driven solutions to enable fast & effective campaign creation.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic planning

• Take lead in defining the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and market opportunities.
• Stay up to date with the market demands & technology advancement to best manage & adapt the defined product roadmap.

Team management

• Lead and mentor a team of product owners & business analysts, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Set clear goals and expectations, ensuring team members have the resources and support needed to succeed.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices among the team to improve efficiency and innovation.

Cross-functional leadership

• Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Design & Sales teams to align goals & priorities
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams to ensure seamless product execution.
• Work closely with Sales team to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product strategies.
• Drive a culture of collaboration and shared ownership, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged throughout the product lifecycle.

Product development oversight

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Ensure feature development aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to keep development on track and within scope.
• Collaborate with engineering to balance innovation with scalability, security, and maintainability.

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring product owners/business analysts or product teams.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (OCR, Vision Transformers, etc.) and their applications in product development.
• Proven experience in marketing technology, campaign management, or automation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making.

• Working time from Monday to Friday (09:00 am - 18:00 pm).
