Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Administration Officer.
+ Work location: HCM Office - 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3 Building, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
+ Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday
+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive
Job summary: Contribute to Leasing Department's achievement by conducting administrative tasks and summarizing data/ progress as Leasing Department's demand
1. Implement and check leasing documents to avoid mistakes that affect the company (20%);
2. Implement and administer admin tasks to ensure Leasing Department's compliance with our company policy (15%);
3. Collect and summarize Tenants' data relating to leasing for Mall business's evaluation (15%);
4. Administer progress of signing leasing documents to ensure timeline (15%);
5. Compile Tenancy Agreement conditions to provide reference data for Leasing Department and make reports as assigned (10%);
5. Correspond to related departments to proceed with the assignment smoothly (10%);
6. Survey and study about brand and commercial center model to understand the retail market (5%);
7. Make reports as assigned accurately & timely (5%);
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5).
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree, any fields;
2. Have 1-2 years of working experience in Administration/ Sales Administration or related fields;
3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
4. Be careful with paperwork, have good teamwork spirit, and be willing to learn;
5. Good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
