Legal Compliance & Advisory
Oversee legal compliance across Vietnam entities and locations, ensuring alignment with local and national regulations.
Monitor legal and regulatory changes that may impact the company and develop related policies or procedures.
Advise leadership and internal teams on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Licensing, Customs & Government Relations
Manage licensing, permits, registrations, renewals, and year-end customs documentation for company operations in Vietnam.
Coordinate with customs brokers, third-party contractors, authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
Support ISO, fire safety assessments, and maintain positive relationships with government authorities.
Contracts, Land Use & Legal Documentation
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor contracts, service agreements, and partnership agreements.
Handle land use rights matters, lease agreements, land title issues, and related disputes.
Work with external legal advisors on disputes, litigation, and arbitration; maintain accurate legal records and reports for management and regional teams.

Education & Experience
Degree in Law or a related field; legal certification is a plus.
7-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably as a Legal & Compliance Manager or in a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws, regulations, compliance standards, licensing, permits, contracts, customs compliance, and government relations.
Strong contract drafting, review, negotiation, legal advisory, analytical, and risk management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Language / Other Requirements
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Ability to work with external legal advisors, government authorities, regulatory bodies, customs brokers, contractors, and internal regional teams.
