JOB DESCRIPTION
Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate law matters, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation.
Transactional Work: Lead legal due diligence, drafting, and negotiation for significant business transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Corporate Governance: Advise the Board of Directors and senior management on governance issues, shareholder rights, and fiduciary duties to ensure ethical and legal standards are maintained.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across all business operations. Develop and implement strategies to prevent disputes and protect company assets.
External Relations: Manage relationships with external legal firms and regulatory bodies, acting as the company's primary legal representative.
Internal Leadership: Supervise legal staff, oversee internal legal processes, and provide legal training to other departments as needed.
