National Housing Organization (N.H.O JSC.) was founded in 2012 with a clear goal: to develop and construct homes in Vietnam to support the increasing demands for home ownership. We create optimal and sustainable solutions for housing and aim to be a leader in quality projects in Vietnam.
The combination of local and international experience and expertise enables us to build homes that compliment Vietnamese family culture, while providing higher living standards.
Currently, we are looking for Legal Team Leader (Corporate Legal) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management (40%)
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents to support the Company's business operations.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical recommendations to facilitate commercial negotiations while protecting the Company's interests.
- Coordinate with business departments throughout the contract review and approval process.
- Develop and maintain standard contract templates and legal clauses.
2. Corporate Governance & Corporate Documents (20%)
- Prepare and review corporate governance documents and statutory filings in compliance with applicable laws.
- Support corporate transactions, corporate restructuring and licensing matters.
- Coordinate with external service providers and relevant authorities on corporate legal matters.
3. Legal Advisory & Regulatory Updates (15%)
- Provide legal advice and recommendations on day-to-day business matters.
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments affecting the Company's business.
- Prepare legal updates and recommendations for the Legal Manager and relevant stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder Management & Dispute Resolution (15%)
- Provide legal support and recommendations on disputes, complaints and legal issues arising from business operations.
- Coordinate with requesting departments and external parties in handling legal matters.
- Support the Legal Manager in dispute resolution, litigation and dealings with external counsels and competent authorities.
5. Legal Operations (10%)
- Monitor the progress of assigned legal matters and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support the Legal Manager in managing legal priorities and improving legal processes.
- Maintain legal templates and documentation to ensure consistency and operational efficiency
Yêu cầu
Educational background
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Lawyer Practicing Certificate is an advantage
Experiences
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience as an in-house legal counsel or at a reputable law firm.
Skills required
- Experience in commercial contracts and corporate legal matters is required.
- Experience in the real estate or property development industry is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese corporate, commercial and real estate laws.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Personalities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
