Maintain strong customer relationships, respond promptly to customers' daily requests, and ensure effective communication to improve customer retention and minimize customer churn.
Handle customer complaints and operational incidents in a timely manner, coordinate with the Operations team and service providers, and follow up on issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
Conduct customer training on system operations, assist customers in maintaining system information, including product information management and daily order processing, and resolve system-related issues promptly.
Support the Finance team in issuing tax invoices to customers and assist the Sales team in monitoring accounts receivable collections to ensure collection targets are achieved.
Identify new business opportunities and additional customer needs from existing accounts, and support the Sales team in expanding service offerings and generating further business growth.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or documentation in logistics services
- Candidates with good knowledge about customs clearance are preferred
- Priority is given to candidates who have experience & knowledge about bonded warehouses
- Good English (spoken & written)
- Hard-working, responsible & working well under pressure
