1. Customs Declaration & Documentation
Prepare, verify, and perform customs declarations for import and export shipments.
Coordinate with transporters, forwarders, and government authorities to ensure timely customs clearance.
Check the accuracy and completeness of documentation (Invoice, Packing List, C/O, etc.).
Maintain and properly archive customs and import-export records in compliance with regulations.
2. Develop and Update BOM (Bill of Materials)
Work with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to develop and update material consumption standards (BOM) for each export product.
Monitor changes in material consumption during production and promptly update the system.
Prepare documentation for registration or adjustment of material consumption standards with customs authorities.
3. Coordinate and support related departments.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate handling of import-export processes and documentation
Support in resolving issues related to goods, documentation, or customs procedures

A. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain,International Business, Import-Export or related field.
B. ABILITIES & SKILLS
1. Minimum
Good understanding of customs clearance procedures, import-export operations, and customs regulations.
Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible in handling documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
2. Preferred
English: Proficient in all four skills
Basic understanding of production material standards (BOM) and C/O issuance procedures
Experience with SAP systems and VNACCS/Ecosys.
C. EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of experience in import-export, logistics, or customs declaration.
Experience in using the Ecus customs declaration software.
