A. Management Responsibilities (70%)
1) Manage overall logistics operations related to import and export shipments (sea freight and air freight).
2) Work with shipping lines, co-loaders, and vendors to check ocean freight, air freight, inland transportation costs, customs fees, etc.
3) Prepare freight quotations based on requests from the Korea head office.
4) Prepare FCL/LCL rate sheets and vessel schedules for all routes and shipping lines as requested by the head office.
5) Review SOA and invoices from trucking service providers.
6) Review and approve shipment-related costs.
7) Support the Branch Manager with tasks related to customer and overseas agent requests.
B. Operational Responsibilities (30%)
1) Handle booking arrangements with shipping lines.
2) Manage transportation schedules.
3) Coordinate with trucking companies.
4) Communicate with shipping lines and overseas agents.
5) Check SI (Shipping Instruction) and BL (Bill of Lading) details.
6) Monitor the issuance of DO (Delivery Order).
7) Handle issues related to shipment operations.
Yêu cầu
A. Experience Requirement
1) Senior Logistics / Freight Forwarding staff with 3-7 years of experience
2) Experience handling FCL and LCL shipments
3) Experience in booking with shipping lines
4) Experience in trucking and warehouse coordination
5) Good understanding of import/export procedures
6) Experience handling shipping documentation (SI, BL, invoice, packing list)
7) Sea Export / Sea Import / Air Export / Air Import
B. Preferred Qualifications
1) Experience working for a Korean company
2) Existing network with shipping lines
3) Experience in freight pricing
4) Experience in C/O issuance or customs procedures
C. Required Skills
1) Good communication skills in English (Korean is a plus)
2) Ability to communicate in English via email
3) Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
4) Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking)
5) Good communication skills
6) Strong sense of responsibility
