Mô tả công việc
- Direct and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including custom local services & Ocean/Air/Road freight
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and optimize service levels and costs
- Evaluate vendor performance and take corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards
- Streamline the supply chain by analyzing and optimizing transportation routes, warehouse layout, and inventory levels to meet customer demands efficiently
- Develop and manage the logistics budget, monitoring expenses, analyzing variances, and implementing cost-saving initiatives
- Managing operation of logistics team & consulting for solutions & follow up daily activities
- Consulting & communicating with clients on logistics activities & arrange import/export shipments smoothly
- Making sure communication with local & overseas agents, vendors smoothly
- Monitoring quality of service & cost control & utilize the best solution/cost
- Optimizing solutions for transportation modes, routes or frequency.
- Coaching/training logistics knowledge to other team members
- Reporting to GM & management weekly & monthly
Yêu cầu
- At least 5 years working experience in logistics operations & management
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Good at negotiation skills, decision making skills & problem solving skill
- Having good knowledge on import or export logistics operation, understanding custom brokerage regulations in Vietnam
- Good at managing team and time management.
- Fluently communication in English
