Lead and implement digital
business development strategies to drive revenue growth through expanding digital channels, developing digital products, and maximizing partnership opportunities within and beyond the MB Group ecosystem.
1. Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute digital business development strategies based on industry insights, market trends, and regulatory frameworks to align with the revenue objectives of the Digital Division.
Identify and capture new growth opportunities from digital channels, partner platforms, and the MB Group ecosystem.
2. Digital Partnership Management
Manage, maintain, and strengthen relationships with strategic partners and existing clients.
Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance renewal rates and promote cross-selling and up-selling through digital platforms.
3. Digital Product & Channel Development
Propose and implement digitalized insurance products aligned with digital customer profiles, ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Develop digital partnership models such as embedded insurance, fintech collaborations, and other digital distribution formats.
Organize marketing campaigns and sales promotion programs across digital platforms.
4. Performance Optimization & Team Management
Lead and inspire a team of specialists to foster innovation and improve performance.
Monitor and analyze business performance, customer behavior, and channel efficiency to propose optimization solutions.
5. Other Tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the Digital Division.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Insurance, Economics, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Preferably with certifications or specialized training in digital business or
digital marketing.
2. Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management within digital business, fintech, insurance, banking, or financial products.
Preferably with experience in digital business development, digital partnership management, or a deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and online distribution models.
