We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented MarCom Specialist to lead and execute the company's marketing communications efforts. You will be responsible for developing integrated communication strategies, managing social media channels, producing high-quality multi-format content, and supporting event marketing & PR activities to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
This role requires a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, technical production skills, and analytical abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive MarCom plans that align overall Marketing Strategies of
Marketing Manager to meet the company objectives.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to inform content and campaign direction.
Maintain a consistent brand of voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
Social Media Management
Plan, execute, and optimize the company's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Create and manage editorial/content calendars, schedule posts, and handle daily community engagement and moderation.
Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track KPIs (reach, engagement, sentiment, conversions), and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
Respond to comments, manage community interactions, and handle potential crisis communications professionally.
Content Creation & Production
Conceptualize, produce, and manage diverse content types: social posts, Reels/Shorts, long-form videos, blog articles, newsletters, brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and corporate materials.
Design visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Produce and edit professional videos and motion graphics using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects where needed.
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, etc.) for efficient content generation, copywriting, image/video creation, and optimization while ensuring human oversight and brand alignment.
Event Marketing & PR Support
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, webinars, offline activations, trade shows, and brand experiences.
Assist in PR activities: drafting press releases, media pitching, media monitoring, and building media relationships.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams for production and event logistics.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Track and analyze the effectiveness of all MarCom activities using data from social platforms, Google Analytics, email tools, and event metrics.
Build reports and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, copyright laws, and data privacy regulations.
Work closely with
Digital Marketing, Sales, Design, and other teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
