Job Summary:
Responsible for planning and execution Commercial Marketing activities including brand, trade, digital marketing for GROHE brand. Follow approved yearly marketing plan and tasks allocation from commercial marketing leaders follow company policy and sales objective.
Duties & Responsibilities:
I/ Commercial Marketing (Trade, Brand, Digital):
1. Assist in trade marketing activities planning in Vietnam markets
2. Production and compilation of literature
3. Responsible for sourcing, selection and ordering of gift, sample display tool to support sales efforts
4. Plan and implement digital marketing activities in Vietnam. Regularly update the Vietnam website, translate new products information
5. Work with design, construction vendors in design and manage showroom construction, followed display guideline and ensure luxurious brand image. Coordinate the printing and updating of visuals in distributor showrooms
7. Plan, develop and implement Sales promotion activities
8. Assist in organizing and executing events for interior designer, developers, dealers and consumers
10. To develop, implement and control PR, media planning, coordinate with external partners and monitor advertising agencies effectiveness
11. Provide daily marketing supports to Vietnam distributors, retailers
12. Assist in gathering of competitive information for market planning purposes
13. To ensure that the company marketing activities are in line with the company marketing objectives as well as those of the regional and corporate offices
III/ Administration:
1. To submit the Approvals of all GROHE Marketing requests, document to GM, BOD
2. To prepare weekly, monthly marketing reports to Leaders
3. To co-ordinate with sales team in all marketing activities
4. To measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and propose corrective actions where necessary
5. To assist in all sales and marketing training
6. To refine product knowledge constantly
7. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
Yêu cầu
1. Knowledge & Skills: Understanding of Marketing field and Business Administration.
2. Education, Training, Qualifications: University graduate of Marketing/ Business Administration is preferred.
3. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing in a multi-national company.
4. Personality: Positive thinking, good communication skill, high sense of responsibility, teamwork.
5. Age: Minimum 24 - 30 years old.
6. Languages: English and Vietnamese. Strong written communication skills of English are preferred.
