1. Full-Funnel Enrollment Analytics
• Enrollment Funnel Architecture: Design and manage a comprehensive tracking framework covering the entire enrollment journey - from lead generation to final enrollment.
• Conversion Analysis & Optimization: Analyze conversion performance across each stage of the enrollment funnel to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process and campaign optimization.
• Performance Monitoring & Visualization: Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into marketing and enrollment performance for relevant stakeholders.
• Campaign Performance Optimization: Deliver data-driven recommendations on marketing budget allocation, channel optimization, and campaign strategy based on performance metrics and ROI analysis.
2. Forecasting & Growth Planning
• Predictive Enrollment Modeling: Develop predictive enrollment models using historical data, current performance indicators, and emerging market trends to forecast enrollment outcomes and support proactive planning.
• Strategic Growth Planning: Work closely with senior leadership and marketing teams to develop 1-3 year enrollment growth plans, using predictive forecasts and market insights to define realistic enrollment targets, marketing investment priorities, and growth opportunities.
3. Data Governance & CRM Excellence
• CRM Strategy & Optimization: Lead the optimization of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) from a Marketing perspective to ensure accurate lead tracking, effective segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Data Integrity & Governance: Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Data Infrastructure Enhancement: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve data integration, automation, and reporting capabilities across marketing and admissions systems.
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
• Conduct analysis of the K-12 international education landscape to provide actionable direction for marketing initiatives and campaign planning.
• Execute and manage required research projects, including parent satisfaction surveys and brand perception studies to support marketing plans, and to ensure initiatives are aligned with audience needs.
Yêu cầu
KNOWLEDGE:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Marketing related.
• Advanced Analytics: Expert proficiency in SQL (Spark/Presto), Python, or R for data manipulation.
• BI & Visualization: Proven experience architecting scalable dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• CRM/MarTech: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, or HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Data Engineering: Familiarity with ETL processes, data migration, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
EXPERIENCE:
• Background: 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Marketing Management.
• Industry: Experience in Education, Retail, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
SKILLS:
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Ability to translate data speak into business speak for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience presenting insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
