We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive strong brand growth in the real estate market.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence, and is passionate about building impactful campaigns that directly contribute to business performance.
What You'll Do:
Own Marketing Strategy
Lead the development of 360° marketing strategies (short-term & long-term)
Align marketing direction with business growth objectives
Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively
Drive Market Growth
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights
Partner with Sales to optimize pricing and go-to-market strategies
Identify new customer segments and growth opportunities
Lead & Build a Strong Team
Manage and grow the Marketing team
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing talents
Foster a results-driven and creative team culture
Execute High-Impact Campaigns
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (Branding, Digital, Trade)
Define KPIs and track performance across channels
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights
Build a Strong Brand
Strengthen brand awareness and positioning
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
Drive the company toward top-of-mind brand status
Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics
Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields
05+ years in Marketing, including at least 03 years in a managerial role
Strong experience in Branding,
Digital Marketing, and
Trade MarketingProven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects
Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
Solid understanding of customer behavior & market trends
Strong analytical and budget management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
