Planning
- Evaluating and establishing the marketing strategy by analyzing customer forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations and planning calendars to ensure the company's growth and profitability
- Own the marketing calendar, ensure the quality execution of the marketing campaigns of Promotion & Event activities
- Create data-driven strategies for marketing through review and analyze data to identify market trends & company situation
- Seek and develop cooperated opportunities with Partners including: Mall, Supplier & E-payment partners to optimize ways to reach more customers & ensure the targets and objectives of both sides are aligned
- Work with a variety of related teams, departments, and counterparts as a whole work together to determine the best ways to reach target audiences, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies that will help organization succeed
- Prepare annual Promotion & Event plans that are aligned with company strategies and positioning
- Track performance metrics for all promotion & event activities. Utilize these key insights to guide business strategies and provide optimization recommendations
- Take the lead on sustainable efforts, always puts the customer first and ensuring the event activities not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.
- Work cross functionally with all appropriate departments to optimize activity objectives
- Manage marketing budget efficiently to achieve the business KPI with clear ROI.
Partnership
- Responsible for seek and develop cooperated opportunities with Partners including: Mall, Supplier & E-payment partners to optimize ways to reach customers & ensure the targets and objectives of both sides are aligned.
- Developing co-brands promotion or sponsor with E-Payment partners to promote cashless contribution & ensure AEON becomes Cashless leading in retail industry.
- Developing relations with partners to sell media packages & POSM location to gain more profit.
- Dealing & clarify about the sponsor packages, timeline, promotion to meet both side's expectations
Development Adverting Sale
- Build deep understanding of market and competition landscape, product P&L, product strength and weakness, product positioning in the portfolio to decide the strategy and tactics for bigger market share and profit.
- Understand the product pricing and costing and how pricing strategy can effect the portfolio and product positioning.
- Conduct market research, initiate & propose new product ideas, identify new market to enter and occupy market share and responsible for developing & executing launching sales plan.
- Continuously update above understanding and planning to react with changes
Team management
- Manage the team of
sales executive on daily operations, be responsible for overall performance of the whole category/ sub-category
- Build the and improve the input and output metrics (ranking, glance view, conversion rate, revenue, stock turnover, P&L...) of sales performance
- Train, develop team through continuous improvement of strategy, tactics and executions
- Working with BI team to prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
- Consult GM on improvement in process, system, measurement using data and research
