Proven track record in driving room revenue, group business, and account conversion for Central Vietnam destinations.
Experience handling cluster or multi-property sales portfolios is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to develop sales action plans and achieve revenue targets.
Good understanding of market trends, pricing strategy, and business forecasting.
Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office/reporting tools.
Based in Hanoi and willing to travel frequently for sales activities and
