We are seeking seasoned, hands-on Memory Design Engineer in Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam.
If you are highly regarded by your peers and customers and possess good experience in the analog design or memory IP design space, this could be the right role for you.
* Responsibilities include:
· Understand different kinds of memory designs and setup the characterization for Synopsys library which be used in ASIC.
· Complete different QAs, QCs tasks and provide comprehensive documents during developing memory compilers.
· Consult with design lead with design modifications and verification for the circuit improvement.
· Work with other engineering teams, sales, marketing and external customers to propose new best designs.

* Background and Experience Requirements Include:
This role requires a background as described above, and 2-5 years of experience which includes:
· Deep knowledge about CMOS, logic designs and circuit designs.
· Advanced knowledge knowledge of wide range of memory designs such as SRAM, TCAM, ROM, Register Files,...
· Passionate about technology trends in memory IP design
· Focus on low power or high speed circuit design techniques
· Understanding of layout and proximity effects on circuit performance
· Advanced knowledge in EDA, tools, design flow and strong experience with IC design and simulation tools such as SPICE and VCS.
· Demonstrated ability to work with a physical design team that executes critical circuit layout for physical implementation.
· A strong demonstrated commitment to teamwork and working with internal and external customers.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to others in verbal and written form.
· Memory modeling knowledge a strong plus
· Knowledge of silicon testing and failure analysis of memory circuits a plus
· Well respected by technical colleagues and enjoys mentoring, leading less experienced AMS design engineers.
· BSEE/MSEE

· Must be eligible to work in location of hire (VN) without restriction(s)
· Some travel is required
· Local candidates given preference (no relocation)
