1.1 Education and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in M&E major.
- Project management professional Cert - PMP
- Knowledge & experience in LEED requirement & NFPA-UL/FM code
- Having at least 15-year experience in MEP construction/ consultancy & 3years in the same post
- Ever have handled at least 3 factory projects above 35mil USD for full MEP works
- Prefer the foreign candidate
1.2 Competence
- Expert in MEP field
- Very strong project management in the international working
- Fluent English communication in speaking & writing
- Very good at interaction & coordination skill
