Job Responsibilities
Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with Merchandising Manager
Forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas
Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges
Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season, allocating certain amounts of stock, to each outlet, throughout the season.
Coordinating activities flows within internal teams/functions
Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs
Support execution of in-season activities which include repeat orders, markdowns & consolidation.
Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise
Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance
Managing, training and supervising junior staff
Any others ad-hoc tasks or project as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Requirement
Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Retail Management/ Statistics/ Business Analytics
At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail footwear industry
Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel
Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast pace environment
Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure Bilingual, proactive and strong analytical skills
Meticulous and good communication skills
Strong presentation and report-writing skills
