Mô tả công việc
MAIN OBJECTIVES:
- Directly reports to the Commercial Director, responsible for all Sales MT activities in nationwide, and implements an effective marketing strategy, achieving sales and market share continuously and sustainably towards the company's objectives.
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Building & Developing Sales Strategy:
- Evaluate and develop an appropriate and effective TOT (Term of Trade) policy for all modern channel clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for all modern commercial channel customers, focusing on monthly/quarterly/yearly order plans, inventory management and sales plans to increase market share according to the company's orientation (by consumers, products, region...)
- Propose promotions and other marketing activities to the Trade Marketing Department, with the goal of achieving the set objectives.
- Continuously monitor the competition and position of products relative to competitors, analyzing sales figures and market share data, stall ratios, prices, customer preferences (for Modern Commerce channel customers), competitor marketing activities and other activities
2. Customer Management
- Manage all customers in the modern trade channel, build and develop trust-based relationships to improve cooperation between the company and partners.
- Establish and build a planned operating system (KAM).
3. Budget management
- Monitor and control budgets effectively.
4. Sales forecast
- Responsible for forecasting sales in detail, efficiency by month based on KPI & actual situation at each account: coordinate with MT's customer, Trade MKT & MKT.
5. Employee management and development
- Responsible for managing the strategy team and sales team by setting clear goals, ensuring transparent delivery of sales dynamics, standardizing and maximizing employee productivity.
- Inspire, promote development for subordinates and among team members to achieve business goals and personal development plans of employees.
6. Go to market
- Evaluate support programs, projects, and competitor information.
- Monitor, supervise & resolve arising events outside the market
- Manage space & display images at supermarkets: look for opportunities to boost revenue and images at the channel you manage
Yêu cầu
- University or graduate degree
- At least 5-7 years experience in FMCG, Sales (MT channel), Food / Alcoholic / Beverage industry is an advantage.
- Understand the needs and operations of MT customers to have appropriate behavior
- Management ability, Verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in English (Listening & Writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
