We are currently looking to hire a [MT SALES MANAGER - MT Channel] at Fujiya Vietnam, and we would like to request your support in identifying qualified candidates for this position.

1. Job Responsibilities
• Expand sales and develop business opportunities with existing MT customers (Nationwide).
• Formulate and execute Sales Strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Manage sales forecasts, sales budgets, and channel performance to ensure sustainable growth.
• Lead commercial negotiations, new SKU listings, promotions, and annual business plans with key retailers.
• Start business with new customers from scratch
• Lead, coach, and develop SV and SR to achieve assigned targets.
2. Hierarchy
• Affiliation: MT Sales Section, Sales Dept.
• Direct Superior: Japanese board members
• Reporting Lines: Japanese board members
• Team Structure: Approximately 5 supervisors, approximately 20 sales representatives
Yêu cầu
- Education level: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
• At least 2 years' experience as a MT sales manager to cover Nationwide in Food/Beverage/ Confectionery manufacturing company with strong relationships with multiple major Vietnamese retailers.

- Benefits: 18 days AL / year, Company trip, Annual health check, Private Health insurance
- Bonus: Based on individual performance evaluations in January (in principle, employees who joined the company before June 30 of the previous year are eligible for payment), paid in two installments (January, June).
Working Time & place:
- From Mon to Fri, 8:00 to 5:00pm (Time break: 12:00 - 13:00)
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City and 02 working days/week in Long An Factory. Company will arrange the shuttle bus from HCM to Long An for employee
- Probation : 2 months
