Overview:
To accelerate sales achievement of National Modern Trade driven by listing, distribution expansion and visibility which includes the activities of growth opportunity identification, sales strategy development, coach and motivate sales forces, distributors, key account customers and wholesalers management.
Detail:
• Accomplishes sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Achieves national MT sales operational objectives by contributing supermarket chains/stores sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining supermarket chains sales system improvements; implementing change.
• Meets supermarket chains/stores sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for each supermarket/store system in support of national objectives.
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and make Annual Operating Plan, Consumer promotion plans to drive the sales achievement.
• Working closely with Supply Chain on the inventory forecast and existing stock level to ensure there are sufficient stock to fulfill customer demands.
• Reviewing supermarket chains/stores expenses and recommending improvements.
• Negotiate the business contract with Supermarket chains.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or other equivalent field of study.
• Knows English
• Has worked as at minimum as a MT/ KAM for South Vietnam for 3 to 4 years - even if not as National KAM
• Hands on - will be able to drive listings in Key Accounts
• Previous working experience in medium sized FMCG Company with professional key account management systems
• Has strong relationships and negotiation skills with KA
• Is aware of different route to market for the MT - through Distributors as well as direct supply.
• Ideally, The candidate has experience in Non food / Tissue paper business.
• Strong in Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Communications, Problem Solving & Decision making, Initiative & Follow through, Customer business Analysis.
• Professional Skills: strong in Customer Business Management, Program Execution Management, Direct Sales, Route Settlement, Merchandising , Pricing & Packaging Strategy.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of local language and English.
