1) Administrative & Clerical Management: Receiving, archiving, and sending official documents and papers; drafting documents, contracts (excluding employment contracts), meeting minutes, reports, internal announcements, etc.
2) Service & Office Supplies: Managing and
purchasing stationary, uniform, equipment, necessities... and overseeing office hygiene and security.
3) Reception: Receiving calls from the switchboard, welcoming guests/candidates... and organizing internal events (celebrations, year-end parties, birthdays, awards ceremonies, banquets, seminars, meetings...), assisting in organizing health check-ups, trips, sports events...
Preparing office supplies, computers, and seating for new office staff.
4) Legal & External Relations: Assisting with permit/license application procedures, contacting service providers (electricity, water, internet, courier services, etc.)
5) Compile and process the payment fees to relevant parties.
6) Cafeteria Management
7) Managing office cleaner and security team
8) Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
9) Comply with the company's rules and regulations.
