Tùy theo kinh nghiệm, ứng viên sẽ đảm nhiệm 1 trong 2 mảng dưới đây của HRD:
1. Recruitment Senior:
- Support the overall staffing and recruiting process for Company
- Support the Organization & Staffing Manager, Human Resources Managers and Hiring Managers on all staffing related issues
- Oversee the development of qualified active and passive candidate pipelines
- Develop and implement recruiting solutions, and proactively identify and facilitate ongoing operational efficiencies
- Assist in the maintenance of strong working relationships with outside vendors and professional organizations on recruitment and resource management projects
- Assist in the development of staffing related metrics
- Ensure that all staffing efforts are in accordance with Company requirement
2. Training (L&D) Senior:
- Survey and assess the training needs of various departments to support the development of training programs;
- Plan training activities; coordinate and organize training programs; and evaluate post-training effectiveness;
- Directly conduct training sessions covering professional skills, soft skills, onboarding, etc.;
- Evaluate the quality of instruction following training sessions;
- Collaborate with departments and instructors to develop training materials and update training curricula;
- Monitor training schedules and assist in managing approved training budgets as well as any additional expenses (if applicable);
- Report on training activities (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and propose improvements to enhance the company's training quality;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the leaders.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University, majoring in Human resource management, Business Administration or related majors
- At least 1-3 years working experience in HR development field
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work in a large, matrixed, multinational organization
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
