Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
Perform other general office duties as assigned.
Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, events, and meetings for the Sales Manager and visiting clients.&039;
Maintain organized and up- to- date filing systems, both physical and digital.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other sales- related documents.
Liaising with account using for invoicing, purchasing order and payment arrangment
Yêu cầu
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment.
Fluency in English Basic and Communication (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong computer skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
