Brief
We are looking for C&B Executive to join our Human Resources department and will be responsible for managing activities related to employee information, labor management, payroll processing, mandatory insurance processing, personal income tax processing for GO-VIET.
Responsibilities
1. Employee data: manage the employee database.
- Set up records and personnel file for new employees.
- Maintain employee's records in the personnel file.
- Update and maintain employee database.
2. Labor Management:
- Monitoring and management of Offer Letter and Labor Contract.
- Implement contract renewal/ amendment/ termination.
- Implement monthly labor report to authorities.
- Carry out procedures with new employees, resigned employees and internal transfer.
- Update and manage Annual Leave Report.
3. Mandatory & Volunteer Insurance:
- Register social, health and unemployment insurance contribution for new employees.
- Make the report to Social Insurance Agency every month as per mandatory requirements.
- Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc) and follow up payment for employees.
- Contact Social Insurance Agency on providing social insurance book and health care card for employees as per regulations.
- Complete the transferring procedure of Social Insurance Book for leaving staffs.
- Working with Health Care Agency for Health Care Program.
4. Personal Income Tax:
- Register for the issuance of PIT code for all employees.
- Register PIT dependent for employees.
- Complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept.
- Perform PIT finalization on yearly basis for all staff.
5.Payroll:
- Export & check timesheet from finger-print software to make sure having the right data for calculating salary, bonus, etc..
- Calculating allowance & benefits for employees.
- Calculating final payment for leaving employee.
- Processing monthly payroll.
6. Policy/Procedure related HR:
- Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules, and regulations.
- Implement all policies/procedure related to HR for all employees.
- Answer all questions from employees relating to salary, benefits, policy, etc..
7. Other HR tasks assigned by C&B Manager.
Yêu cầu
Requirement:
Minimum of 2 years' C&B experience.
Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam.
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Working knowledge of HR system, payroll module is preferred.
