New Customer Development:
Find new disposable glove clients in overseas markets via cold calls and emails.
Focus on new business acquisition and market expansion.
Use competitive sales tactics and customized product offers to hit sales targets.
Propose new products to give OEM clients the best product experience.
Client Acquisition & Factory Visits:
Convert prospects into new long-term trading partners.
Lead commercial negotiations and price quotations for new accounts.
Host foreign clients for factory tours in Dong Nai, explaining production and quality policies.
Order & Trade Operations:
Work with Production and Import/Export teams to manage order progress.
Handle daily sales tasks for new accounts: samples, PO, PI, shipping, and payment collection (A/R).
Ensure on-time delivery and product quality according to international standards.
Yêu cầu
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Proven experience in OEM/B2B sales and global trade (PVC/NBR or Glove industry is a big plus).
Strong knowledge of international trade procedures (Incoterms, payment terms, shipping documents).
Mandarin speaking proficiency is a plus.
