digital marketing including professional SEO, web development, link building, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, ads, and so on. The clients are mainly based in US and expanding internationally. The ideal candidate will ensure effective communication between teams, manage project timelines, and align team efforts with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Client Onboarding & Kick-off: Lead the client onboarding process, including conducting kick-off meetings to align on goals, scope of work, and mutual expectations.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
Strategic Consultation: Proactively analyze the client's industry, competitors, and business performance to provide strategic SEO recommendations and identify opportunities for growth.
Communication & Reporting: Organize and lead regular performance review meetings (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to update clients on progress, present results, and gather feedback.
Issue Resolution: Skillfully manage and resolve any client issues, concerns, or escalations to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
🌋 Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience as an
Account Manager in digital marketing or similar roles.
Solid experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
Hands-on experience with project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Monday, or similar)
Experience at a marketing agency.
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in using GoHighLevel/HubSpot/Salesforce is a plus.
Must have the ability to teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
