Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely
information to clients and partners on details of company's products and
services
Resolve customer's issue by
providing the appropriate solutions following company's SOP
Responds to client inquiries
and correspondence in timely manner
Maintain positive and
professional relationships with customers
Collaborate with other
departments to meet clients' requirements
Makes sure that customers are
always up-to-date with company's latest capabilities
Manage company's tracker,
record, and database; ensuring data is always promptly updated
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant
discipline such as communication, journalism, English language, etc.

Ability to quickly process and
organize large amounts of information and identify and assess items of the
greatest importance
Relevant monitoring and
analysis experience
Strong English proficiency,
writing and speaking skills
Comfortable working in
independent, remote, fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service,
interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, organize
and prioritize projects
Strong proficiency in MS Office and multimedia software, including
publishing and analytics tools
