Mô tả Công việc
- Oversee and optimize online sales performance on the Sendo Farm app, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to curate an attractive product assortment, maintain competitive pricing, and develop effective promotional campaigns.
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies based on customer shopping behavior and market trends.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, order volume, and customer engagement to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Tech Teams to enhance the in-app user experience and maximize customer reach.
- Utilize sales data insights to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in retail or e-commerce, preferably within supermarket chains, convenience stores, or online grocery platforms with app-based ordering systems.
- Strong expertise in e-commerce operations, product assortment management, and online sales growth strategies.
- Highly analytical, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from sales performance metrics.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments.
- Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
